Session Selection 2023
This year you will select your sessions as you register for the conference. If you are registering a group of people and do not know which sessions to select at the time of registration, please make sure that you use their email address and they can select sessions once they receive their confirmation email with their attendee portal access!
Group Registration (For Group Memberships ONLY)
If your organization has a Group Membership through EMSAC and will be registering 4+ people from your agency, please reach out to emsac@emsac.org for the group registration link.
Not sure if your organization is a group member? Please contact the EMSAC office at Conference@emsac.org. All group memberships must be current through November 30 to receive group pricing.

Requests received on or before October 1, 2023 will be entitled to a full refund less a processing fee of $50. After October 1, 2023 but before October 15, 2023 , the registrant will receive a credit certificate valid for use at the 2024 Colorado State EMS Conference. Any cancellations after October 15, 2023 will not receive a refund.

2023 Scholarship
The EMSAC scholarship will be used for registration for the Annual Conference and will include a one-year membership. Those receiving a scholarship will be requested to submit a report of their conference experience for the EMSAC Star. The 2023 application deadline is September 29, 2023. The EMSAC Conference Committee will notify the scholarship winner(s) by October 6, 2023.
EMSAC is excited to offer scholarships to applicants that would benefit from the conference and that have not accepted a scholarship in the past 3 years from the organization. We would like to make sure that the scholarship program is benefiting as many EMS professionals who may not otherwise be able to afford to attend this top notch educational event. Please note that if you received a scholarship to attend the conference in the past 3 years, you are not eligible to receive a scholarship for this years conference.
Starting this year we will be giving out 22 scholarships to the conference, 20 that were donated by a generous EMSAC Member, George Newell, with a goal to support the growth of Colorado EMS through the education provided by the EMSAC Conference.
